Huanjiang Longyuan Wood Products Company is a forest product processing enterprise introduced to Huanjiang County in 2023 through the county's "on-site investment promotion + business-to-business referral" mechanism, originating from Shandong Linyin. Zhou Genzhen told reporters that from the moment the decision to invest was made to the official start of production, the company completed the entire process in less than three months. Today, the company’s factory area has expanded significantly—from an initial 4,500 square meters to over 20,000 square meters—while its annual output value has surpassed 60 million RMB, showcasing high-quality products. Both its forest area and timber stock volume rank among the top three in Guangxi Province. Tan Shengxian, Director of the Investment Promotion Service Bureau of the Management Committee of Hechi City Economic and Technological Development Zone (Huanjiang Branch Park), stated that the growth and expansion of Huanjiang Longyuan Wood Products Company represent one of the significant breakthroughs achieved locally in driving the upgrading of the forestry industry.

Tan Shengxian said that in recent years, Huanjiang has leveraged its abundant forestry resources, advantageous location, and favorable policies to seize the opportunity presented by Hechi's initiative to build a "ten-billion-yuan" green forestry industry. To foster a fully integrated forestry industry chain and attract industrial transfers from eastern regions, the county has established a dedicated investment promotion team. It has also innovatively implemented a dual-drive mechanism—combining "on-site investment attraction with business-to-business referrals"—and proactively engaged in in-depth discussions with industry leaders such as Sofia and Oppein.
