Since the beginning of this year, Tan’yi Town has earnestly implemented the directives and requirements of the County Party Committee and the County People’s Government, treating breakthrough initiatives and landmark projects as key levers for advancing high-quality economic development at the town level. Upholding Chain‑Based Thinking and Ensuring Key Resource Support First, we are addressing shortcomings in the productive services sector by establishing five specialized centers—namely, an inspection and testing center, a smart shared‑warehousing hub, an industrial neighborhood center, an e‑commerce livestreaming center, and a high‑tech agricultural zone service center—so that enterprises can access services such as certification and industrial design right at their doorstep. Furthermore, seven local banks have launched 13 tailored loan products for the wood‑processing industry and, leveraging diversified channels like the Shandong Expressway Lunan Logistics Supply‑Chain Platform, have forged deep cooperative relationships, ensuring that financial resources are precisely channeled to bolster the real economy. Second, we are strengthening land‑use guarantees by pioneering market‑oriented revitalization models, unlocking space from existing stock and maximizing returns per mu. To date, we have redeveloped 570 mu of underutilized land; for instance, the Anju Shu project repurposed 105 mu of previously inefficiently used land formerly owned by the Yingguang Group, resulting in a 130% increase in tax revenue per mu compared with the prior level. In addition, we have initiated the development and utilization of three projects—including the Changshi Wood Industry Park—covering a total of 280 mu of underperforming land, transforming “dormant resources” into dynamic drivers of growth. First, establish a comprehensive ledger by creating individual files for each enterprise above designated size, dynamically updating key indicators such as electricity and steam consumption, sales revenue, and tax payments, ensuring clear inventories, transparent conditions, accurate data, and an easily discernible operational landscape. Regularly compile and analyze this information, conduct holistic assessments, and use data trends to pinpoint bottlenecks in enterprise development, thereby providing a reliable basis for targeted policies and tailored services. Second, leverage “three sets of eyes”: monitor operating rates and production capacity through electricity and steam usage, promptly verifying on-site and analyzing the causes of any unusual fluctuations to help enterprises resolve practical challenges related to labor, financing, logistics, and other areas; assess quality and performance through tax revenues, comprehensively calculate tax revenue per mu, and deliver differentiated, precision‑driven services to three categories of enterprises—high‑contribution, high‑growth, and low‑efficiency upgrading—ensuring that services align with data and resources follow performance outcomes.
