To thoroughly implement the work plan for optimizing the rule-of-law business environment and precisely address the judicial needs of Feixian County’s wood‑industry value chain, the Feixian Court, leveraging the County Party Committee’s Social Work Department’s special service mechanism—“Red Chain Integration, Empowering Enterprises”—hosted a dedicated rule-of-law briefing on June 2. Lü Chao, Chief Judge of the Tan’yi Tribunal, was invited to attend in Tan’yi Town, delivering a “customized” rule-of-law lecture to more than 200 leaders of wood‑industry and related enterprises across the county, thereby using practical judicial experience to support the sound and sustainable development of businesses.
During the presentation, Lü Chao closely examined the distinctive features of the wood‑industry sector and the key operational challenges faced by enterprises, focusing on three critical areas: workplace safety, labor management, and contractual risks. Drawing on judicial precedents and representative case studies, he provided a detailed analysis of labor‑related risks and strategies for mitigating contractual hazards, guiding companies to adopt a rule‑of‑law mindset and strengthen their management systems, thereby establishing a robust legal framework to safeguard corporate safety. Attendees from participating firms unanimously agreed that the case‑based explanations were highly relevant to real‑world production, offering practical, actionable insights that effectively clarified common legal misconceptions in day‑to‑day operations.
Going forward, the Feixian People’s Court will continue to deepen its judicial services for the wood‑industry value chain. By routinely leveraging the Honglian Party‑Building Service Platform, it will closely monitor the judicial challenges and bottlenecks hindering the sector’s development, extend its adjudicatory functions, bring judicial services closer to businesses, and continually diversify its outreach efforts to educate enterprises on the law. In doing so, it will ensure that judicial support reaches the “last mile,” thereby providing high‑quality judicial services to underpin the standardized and rule‑of‑law‑based growth of the county’s wood‑industry sector.
