Recently, the inaugural general meeting of the first session of the Qiannan Prefecture Wood Industry Chamber of Commerce was solemnly held in Duyun, marking the entry of the prefecture’s wood industry into a new phase of “collaborative development and win-win synergy.” At the meeting, Lü Sanquan, legal representative of Guizhou Jueruisen New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., was overwhelmingly elected as the chamber’s inaugural president, while Tang Huoshui was elected as the supervisor-in-chief. In addition, elections for key leadership positions, including vice presidents and the secretary-general, were successfully completed, thereby establishing a solid organizational foundation for the high-quality development of Qiannan’s wood industry and rallying powerful collective momentum for the sector’s advancement.
The newly elected president, Lü Sanquan, made a solemn statement at the meeting and delivered a special address on industrial development. In light of the current national situation, Particleboard Given the industry’s structural overcapacity, the predicament of intensifying market competition, and Qiannan Prefecture’s abundant forest resources, he explicitly stated that addressing the sector’s core challenges requires a path of collaborative synergy and transformation and upgrading. In his speech, Lü Sanquan shared Jueruisen’s practical experience in achieving breakthrough development by embracing the core values of pragmatism, pursuit of excellence, inclusiveness, and accountability—through product innovation, process upgrades, service optimization, digital empowerment, and supply-chain extension. He also outlined the chamber of commerce’s strategic direction: leveraging the chamber to unite industry-wide strengths, steadfastly upholding the bottom line of green development, deepening expertise in intelligent manufacturing, building a collaborative ecosystem, and driving the Qiannan timber industry’s transition from “quantity-driven catch-up” to “quality-led leadership,” thereby boosting incomes for forest farmers and supporting high-quality local economic development.
Lv Sanquan stated that, leveraging the chamber of commerce as a vital link, he will faithfully fulfill his duties and live up to the industry’s high expectations. By building on Qiannan Prefecture’s abundant forest resources and drawing on Jueruisen’s solid industrial foundation and extensive development experience, he aims to establish an industry service platform, pool collective strengths for industrial development, and vigorously advance Qiannan’s timber industry toward greener practices, greater intelligence, and cluster-based growth. He emphasized that he will actively promote resource sharing and complementary advantages among member enterprises to precisely address the industry’s most pressing challenges; proactively engage with relevant departments in forestry, finance, and other sectors to secure policy support and financing services for members; enhance the quality and efficiency of the prefecture’s timber industry; and effectively boost incomes for forest farmers while driving local economic development.
As the leader of Jueruisen, Lü Sanquan has devoted many years to the wood-processing industry. With keen industry insight and a down-to-earth, results-oriented work ethic, he has steered Jueruisen to rapidly emerge as a benchmark enterprise in the engineered-board sector in Southwest China. His election as president is not only a testament to the high regard in which his personal capabilities and industry contributions are held across the sector, but also reflects the earnest expectations that Jueruisen will continue to lead the transformation and upgrading of Guizhou’s timber industry.
As the leading enterprise in Qiannan Prefecture’s timber industry, Guizhou Jueruisen New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has consistently played a pivotal role in driving high-quality industrial development and injecting strong momentum into the sector. In 2023, the company established operations in the Guilong Industrial Park in Gugiao Town, Longli County, with a total investment of RMB 600 million to build a super particleboard production line capable of producing 600,000 cubic meters annually. The facility is fully equipped with European-imported Industry 4.0–enabled smart manufacturing equipment and employs an eco-friendly, formaldehyde-free production process that uses agricultural and forestry residues as the primary raw material, thereby realizing green, circular production that turns waste into valuable resources. This approach not only upholds ecological and environmental principles but also enhances resource utilization efficiency. To date, Jueruisen has developed the largest and most advanced intelligent artificial-board production and processing base in Southwest China. Its particleboard products, renowned for their superior quality, have been recognized as one of the “Top Ten Particleboard Brands,” making the company a model for green production and intelligent manufacturing within the industry and setting a benchmark for the high-quality development of Qiannan’s forest-products sector.
On the same day, the conference also hosted a dedicated enterprise-to-enterprise exchange session, focusing on the core objectives of enhancing industrial quality and efficiency and establishing a high-end platform for policy interpretation, experience sharing, and collaboration matchmaking. The forestry authorities provided on-site briefings on support policies for the development of the forest-industry sector, clarifying the direction for industry growth; meanwhile, representatives from industry associations and leading enterprises engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as green production, intelligent manufacturing, and market expansion, sharing their respective development experiences. As a benchmark enterprise in the industry, Jueruisen shared its practical achievements and valuable insights in areas such as intelligent manufacturing, green transformation, and supply-chain integration, offering participating companies a replicable and scalable development model that can be adopted and promoted to enhance the overall competitiveness of the state’s timber industry.
At the conference, a signing ceremony was held for financial empowerment and inter-enterprise collaboration, with banks and enterprises joining forces to build a financing service bridge and address the funding challenges faced by businesses. Meanwhile, enhanced collaboration among enterprises deepened supply-chain cooperation, as Guizhou Jueruisen and Jiapeng Wood Industry, among others, signed agreements on-site to achieve precise alignment between production and sales and foster deep, chain-linked integration. This shift is driving the industry from “solo operations” toward “cluster development,” thereby jointly boosting quality and efficiency across the sector.
It is reported that the first council of the Qiannan Prefecture Timber Industry Chamber of Commerce comprises 21 members, while the supervisory board consists of 3. The smooth formation of this inaugural leadership team has laid a solid foundation for the chamber’s standardized operation and effective fulfillment of its functions. Moving forward, under the leadership of President Lü Sanquan, the chamber will fully leverage its role as a bridge and link, taking Guizhou Jueruisen as a leading force to integrate industry resources, strengthen self-regulation, and enhance service standards. Through these efforts, the chamber aims to drive new breakthroughs in the Qiannan timber industry in the areas of green development, intelligent manufacturing, and brand building, thereby contributing the strength of the timber sector to the region’s high-quality economic and social development.
