On September 1, Li Dian, Secretary of the Zhongxian County Party Committee, went to the Wuyang Group in the county industrial park to investigate the construction of key projects. He inspected projects including the new OSB with an annual output of 1.2 million cubic meters, stating the need to thoroughly implement the "Four Special" work mechanism for key projects, firmly establish a clear orientation of focusing on major projects, reverse the schedule, use visual management, and race against time to promote project construction, ensuring early completion, early production, and early effectiveness.

As an important achievement in Zhongxian's investment promotion work and a key industrial project, the new OSB project with an annual output of 1.2 million cubic meters has always attracted attention. In May this year, Zhongxian signed a cooperation agreement with Shandong Desheng Electric Power Co., Ltd. In July, Lei Yaping, Director of the County People's Congress Standing Committee and team leader, presided over a project work promotion meeting to further refine and solidify the preparatory work for the project and fully promote the early start of construction.

It is reported that the project plans a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan, invested by Shandong Desheng Electric Power Co., Ltd., and will be constructed in two phases. After completion and reaching production capacity, the project can achieve an annual output value of 1.8 billion yuan and create 300 jobs. It will further promote the extension and expansion of Zhongxian's modern manufacturing cluster industrial chain, inject new vitality into local industrial iteration and upgrading, help build a 100-billion-yuan industry, and inject strong momentum into promoting high-quality economic development.
