Recently, a kind of zero-formaldehyde green and environmentally friendly plywood has begun mass production at Zhongtuo Company, which just upgraded this year in Huang'an Town. Reporters saw in the company's production workshop that various waste poplar wood scraps such as bark, branches, and roots, after going through multiple processes, have been transformed from previously used firewood into new boards of various specifications.

Behind the skilled operation of processing equipment by workers turning raw materials into professional board products is Zhongtuo Company's strong R&D capability. As one of the "main forces" in Yuncheng County's poplar wood processing industry, the company was a low and dilapidated factory with traditional board products just a year ago. Now, thanks to transformation, upgrading, and technological innovation, the company's high-tech innovative production capacity has taken shape.

With the orderly operation of new equipment and the R&D team, Zhongtuo Company's current expected production capacity is not only steadily released but the company is also looking further ahead in its development.

In more than a dozen other scale wood board companies in Huang'an Town, a similarly busy and thriving scene is evident. On the domestically leading OSB one-step forming production line, high-quality, precisely sized boards are quickly grabbed and stacked from the production line, ready to be shipped nationwide, with many more exported overseas to earn foreign exchange.
