Actively connecting with scientific research institutions and universities, jointly building dual pilot platforms, focusing on Eucalyptus modification core problems, precisely exerting efforts to drive product quality upgrades; constructing a smart forestry zero-carbon circular industrial park, promoting clean energy such as biomass fuel and photovoltaic power stations, and achieving sustainable supply of wood resources; leveraging the advantages of artificial intelligence, building the Guizhong Digital Wood Chain transaction service operation platform, promoting the digital transformation of the entire timber transaction process, and improving production and supply chain efficiency.

Externally, Luzhai guides industrial "outward growth" through "targeted investment attraction" and "local incubation." Focusing on the high-end green home furnishing field, providing land guarantees, fixed asset investment subsidies, and logistics cost subsidies, and improving the chain of "rotary single-ply-panel processing-high-end home furnishings"; assisting local enterprises in growing through technical transformation rewards, brand cultivation, etc., jointly building a dual pilot base with the Chinese Academy of Forestry Sciences, promoting technology sharing and order collaboration, and opening up two-way flow of resources and markets.

Taking a eucalyptus tree as an example, if you only rely on selling logs, you can only earn "hard-earned money"; however, in Luzhai, by promoting the upgrading and transformation of timber products from consumer goods to industrial goods, the value of this tree is deeply activated—not only is it processed into high-end particleboard , and further processed by downstream enterprises into Datianran wooden floors and high-end furniture to increase value, the scraps generated during processing are also made into biomass pellet fuel, providing clean energy for the park enterprises.
