As the flagship project of Guangxi Fuchang New Materials Technology Group Co., Ltd., this modern industrial base covering 800 mu not only carries the innovative mission of deep processing of wood products but also becomes an important engine for high-quality regional economic development.

Since its establishment in 2021, Fuchang Group has set its strategic position on the "highland of furniture and decorative new materials industry." The project is constructed in three phases, with the first phase focusing on high-end wood veneer and basic board production. The second and third phases plan to construct intelligent FOSB/OSB production lines. Currently, the first phase of the project has completed 15 advanced production lines, equipped with international cutting-edge equipment such as American CAPITAL planers and German BABCORK planers, with an annual production capacity of 50 million square meters of high-end wood veneer, plywood and floor base materials of 150,000 cubic meters. With the commissioning of the second phase's 400,000 cubic meters FOSB/OSB production line, the company's total annual production capacity will exceed 800,000 cubic meters, with an estimated annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan.

Intelligent Manufacturing, Refreshing Industry Standards

In the production workshop, the intelligent production line that produces one FOSB board every 4 seconds particleboard is a core highlight. By introducing intelligent equipment and Industry 4.0 systems from German Dieffenbacher, the company has achieved full automation from raw wood to finished products, completing the precise processing of raw materials into boards in 90 minutes. This "smart factory" model not only improves production efficiency but also ensures that products meet the E0 environmental protection standard through precise process control, setting a new benchmark for the green home industry.

Green Development, Practicing Ecological Responsibility

As a leader in the green transformation of the industry, Fuchang Group implements a "forest-board integration" strategy, establishing an artificial fast-growing eucalyptus planting base, cultivating sustainable timber resources on a large scale, and significantly reducing reliance on natural forests. At the same time, the company actively explores low-carbon production processes, using biomass energy to replace traditional fuels, and is expected to reduce carbon emissions by 32,000 tons annually, contributing to the goal of "dual carbon".

Urban-Rural Integration, Activating Regional Economy

After the project is fully put into production, it will create 1,500 jobs, covering various fields such as technology research and development, production management, and marketing. Its radiation effect has also driven the agglomeration development of the upstream and downstream industrial chains, promoting the formation of a full industrial chain pattern of "raw material forest base-deep processing-research and development center" in Pubei County. Relying on its advantageous location adjacent to National Highway 324 and Zhaiwei Expressway, products can quickly reach the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Southeast Asian markets, helping Qinzhou build a wood industry hub facing ASEAN.
