Feixian County Conducts a Special Training Session on the Promotion and Implementation of Standards for Man-made Board Manufacturing Enterprises and Quality Management System Certification.

To thoroughly implement the county‑wide strategy of building a quality‑driven economy and to promote the transformation, upgrading, and high‑quality development of the county’s man-made board industry, on June 25, the Feixian Market Supervision Administration organized a special training session on the dissemination of standards for man-made board manufacturers and on quality management system certification. Representatives from 202 man-made board enterprises across the county, along with officials from the local market supervision offices and relevant business divisions, attended the event.

At the meeting, Zhao Feng, Party Secretary and Director of the County Market Supervision Administration, delivered a mobilization speech, emphasizing the pivotal role of standards‑driven development and quality improvement in advancing industrial growth. Zhang Gencheng, Director of the Shandong Provincial Institute for Quality Inspection, provided a systematic interpretation of the new standard GB 18580‑2025 for the wood products industry, as well as the standard‑management dashboard for man-made board manufacturers. Meanwhile, Xie Fei, President of the Shengtang Institute of Standardization Technology, gave a specialized lecture, clearly and comprehensively elucidating the fundamental differences between entrepreneurs and managers. He guided enterprises in establishing modern management systems based on the PDCA closed loop and in building a four‑dimensional management feedback loop—covering employee satisfaction, community satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and social satisfaction—thereby fully unleashing innovation and further elevating the level of standardization within the industry.

Going forward, the County Market Supervision Bureau will focus on enhancing the quality of the man-made board industry by regularly conducting standard promotion and compliance inspections, strengthening quality‑assistance efforts, and leveraging high standards to drive the county’s man-made board sector toward high‑quality development.
