Recently, in the workshop of Guangxi Sengong Dongteng Engineered Wood Co., Ltd., workers are skillfully operating CNC equipment, and pieces of wood are undergoing transformation from raw wood to engineered wood products along the assembly line. It is understood that the company has introduced continuous pressing machines, hot presses, and sanding machines and other advanced digital professional equipment from countries such as Germany, Austria, and Italy, and is equipped with advanced electrical production control programs and systems, continuously improving the intelligent production system, building the largest single-line production line for medium and thick plates in China. In 2024, the total output of medium and high-density fiberboard will reach 336,200 cubic meters, with an output value of approximately 460 million yuan. Therefore, the company was recognized as a Guangxi intelligent factory (advanced intelligent factory) in 2025.

"Currently, our company's CNC intelligent equipment has increased production efficiency by 10%, equipment maintenance efficiency by 15%, and resource utilization rate by 20%. We also use artificial intelligence to detect product quality, and the detection rate of defective products can reach more than 99.5%, with accuracy far exceeding traditional manual detection." said Qiu Yacheng, deputy general manager of Guangxi Sengong Dongteng Engineered Wood Co., Ltd.

In addition to Guangxi Sengong Dongteng Engineered Wood Co., Ltd., Tengxian County has three other companies recognized as Guangxi digital workshops (basic intelligent factories) in 2025. So far, Tengxian County has five enterprises recognized as autonomous region basic intelligent factories, five enterprises recognized as autonomous region advanced intelligent factories, and one Guangxi intelligent manufacturing benchmark enterprise; three enterprises such as Guangxi Xiejin Building Materials Science and Technology Co., Ltd. have been rated as national-level excellent intelligent manufacturing scenarios.

This is the phased achievement of Tengxian County's long-term cultivation in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
