Lingyun County achieved another remarkable success at the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo and the China-ASEAN Business & Investment Summit, securing agreements for two major key projects with a total investment of 270 million yuan, injecting new momentum into the county's economic development.

On September 17, the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo and the China-ASEAN Business & Investment Summit opened in Nanning. County Party Secretary Wu Fenglei and County Mayor Xie Danxing led a delegation to attend the China-ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone (Baise) Industry Chain and Supply Chain Innovation Development Conference. During the project signing session, Lingyun County reached cooperation intentions with Lingyun Luchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd. and Lingyun County Dafanglin Decorative Materials Co., Ltd., successfully signing two major projects.

Among them, Lingyun County produces 200,000 cubic meters of high-end logs annually. Eco-friendly Board The project, with a total investment of 200 million yuan, is planned to be built within our county's Green High-end Home Furnishing Industrial Park. Once operational, it will feature 12 production lines. The successful implementation of this project will create over 200 new jobs in the surrounding area, providing strong support for Lingyun County’s economy as it moves to a new level of growth. At its core, the project aims to develop high-end, eco-friendly ecological boards that meet the growing market demand for premium-quality wood products, showcasing Lingyun County’s ambitious vision in both green industries and advanced manufacturing.

Additionally, a project worth 70 million yuan—a deep-processing veneer workshop and production line for board materials—is also on the list of signed agreements. The project is planned to be located within the Tingna Industrial Park in Lingzhan Yao Township and will be constructed by Lingyun County Dafushan Decorative Materials Co., Ltd. Once operational, it will effectively fill a gap in the industrial chain, driving its extension and upgrade while providing more comprehensive industrial support for the park. It is expected to create over 200 jobs annually, significantly enhancing the local industry's competitiveness and fostering sustainable development capabilities.

County leader Shi Yongcun attended the signing ceremony on behalf of the county government and officially signed the cooperation agreements on-site.
