Who would have imagined that just six months ago, this was still a dilapidated, derelict industrial site—105 acres of land left underutilized for years, in stark contrast to the thriving wood-processing industry in the surrounding area? Today, Tan’yi Town has pioneered an innovative market-driven revitalization model, successfully breathing new life into this formerly inefficient plot owned by the former Feixian Yinguang Group. The land, which had lain dormant for many years, is now once again bustling with activity, providing not only high-quality space for the Anju Shu project but also offering a replicable and scalable success story for the redevelopment of underperforming land and the expansion of industrial space.

“All construction personnel are working at full capacity to advance the project, adhering strictly to the scheduled milestones and ensuring steady, orderly progress. According to reports, the project is being developed with an investment of RMB 1.02 billion by Shanghai Haoshengze Industrial Co., Ltd. Once revitalized, the 105-mu site is projected to generate tax revenues of RMB 220,000 per mu—representing an approximately 130% increase over previous levels—and thus marking a qualitative leap in land-use efficiency. Upon completion, the company’s production capacity currently located in Shanghai, Jiangsu, and other regions will be systematically relocated to Tan’yi Town, where the project is expected to generate annual output value exceeding RMB 100 million in its first year, further expanding the scale of Tan’yi’s wood industry and strengthening its industrial value chain.
