Entering the production workshop of He Min Wood Industry Co., Ltd. in Wen'an County, two production lines are operating at full capacity. After several processes, sheets of E0 and ENF grade particleboard are quickly produced and neatly stacked, waiting to be shipped to various places.

"Product quality is stable, with a daily output of 1700 cubic meters. Currently, we have 185 customers at home and abroad." Tang Changqing, the production process director of He Min Wood Industry Co., Ltd. in Wen'an County, said that Wen'an County is located in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development region and has unique geographical advantages. It can supply He Min Wood Industry with stable and high-quality raw materials for boards, providing strong support for furniture manufacturing. The long-standing artificial board industry foundation is a solid backing for the company's development.

Tang Changqing said that in the next step, the company plans to increase its R&D efforts in the field of green and low-carbon building materials, promoting transformation through environmental protection and seeking development through green initiatives. The company will conduct 24-hour dynamic tracking of the production processes, equipment operation status, and product quality in various sections to further improve the level of green and digital management.

Located in Wen'an County, Hebei Yimeikang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., established in 1998, has been deeply involved in the field of environmentally friendly panels for nearly 30 years. In 2002, it reached a cooperation agreement with IKEA. In 2006, it cooperated with a research team from Tsinghua University to explore aldehydes-free soybean glue, and achieved mass production in 2008. In 2009, the company passed the US CARB certification, becoming the first company in China and the 16th in the world to obtain this qualification.
