Recently, the association learned from Shandong Xingang Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. that Xingang Group's annual output of 180,000 cubic meters of ultra-thin fiberboard project continues to operate stably. The project's main equipment, the forming hot press line, uses a 4-foot continuous flat press line from Yalian Machinery, which can control the density deviation of the board within ±2% and can be adjusted online; it is equipped with a preheating device for slabs with heavy pressure rollers, which can flexibly adjust the hot pressing process parameters, so that the resin glue is fully cured, and the surface hard layer and internal density distribution of the board are uniform. The project can produce products with a thickness range of 0.5-8mm, with an operating speed of up to 200m/min, a daily output of 400-550m³, and an annual output of 180,000m³.

Xingang biomimetic ultra-thin fiberboard uses biomimetic green adhesives, which are environmentally friendly, have low water absorption and high flexibility, can be bent 360 degrees, have high bending strength and impact strength, and have a high surface gloss. It is mainly used in various home decoration and automotive interior trim panels, etc. This product has won the gold medal at the Geneva International Invention Exhibition and has been well received in the market.
