Sichuan Kangbeide New Materials Co., Ltd., a key introduced project, has achieved booming production and sales in the first half of this year, injecting strong momentum into the regional industrial economy.

On July 8, a reporter visited Sichuan Kangbeide New Materials Co., Ltd. The production workshop was bustling yet orderly, with large-scale machinery operating at high speed. From wood processing to board pressing and sanding, the entire process was precisely completed by automated equipment. Meanwhile, robotic arms flexibly handled semi-finished board materials, and finished board materials from the automated assembly line were continuously transported to the packaging area. The entire production process was compact and efficient, requiring only a few workers to monitor and operate the entire line, showcasing the strong vitality of a modern manufacturing enterprise.

Zou Yi, deputy general manager of production at Sichuan Kangbeide New Materials Co., Ltd., introduced that the company's production line uses a fully automated computer control system, significantly reducing the need for manual labor and achieving programmable adjustment of process parameters, real-time visualization monitoring of the production process, intelligent fault diagnosis and guidance, automatic measurement and statistics of output, and online automatic quality detection. These synergistic intelligent functions significantly improve production efficiency, ensure process accuracy, and effectively ensure production safety and product quality stability.

With advanced production technology and stable product quality, the company's product sales have been increasing year by year. In the first half of 2025, the company achieved an output of 188,000 m³ and sales of 190,000 m³, with an output value of 220 million yuan, maintaining a good state of zero inventory and exceeding its operational targets for the first half of the year.

Zou Yi introduced that in the face of current market pressure brought by the concentrated commissioning of new particleboard production lines in Sichuan, the company has made early plans. On the one hand, it has increased its R&D efforts, focusing on the development of differentiated new products such as high-moisture-proof FOSB and white-core high-quality FOSB. Some products and technologies have already obtained national patent technology certification. On the other hand, it continues to deepen its business philosophy of "high quality and high service," not only increasing the proportion of high-end products to 70% but also establishing strategic partnerships with many well-known home furnishing brands. Looking ahead to the second half of the year, the company will continue to promote intelligent transformation and green certification, and focus on expanding emerging markets such as custom furniture and prefabricated buildings, striving to exceed its annual targets and achieve high-quality development.

It is understood that Sichuan Kangbeide New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Meiwan Village, Wangcun Town, Jinyan County, with a registered capital of 60 million yuan and covering an area of 180 mu. It is a key project introduced to Jinyan County from Shandong. The company has built eight standardized factories and a production line with an annual output of 300,000 m³ of ultra-strong particleboard and high-end OSB board materials. The production line uses internationally advanced equipment, including a continuous flat press from Suzhou Sufuma Machinery Co., Ltd. and a chipper from German PALMANN, with supporting environmental protection facilities. The products use MDI formaldehyde-free glue and low-formaldehyde resin glue and are widely used in custom furniture, high-end office furniture and other fields, with an annual output value of approximately 500 million yuan. The company currently has more than 180 employees and an annual profit and tax of more than 35 million yuan.
