Entering the Quanyou Home Green Intelligent Manufacturing 4.0 Factory located in Chongzhou Economic Development Zone, a sense of science and technology came to us. The intelligent machines completed cutting, edge sealing, punching, cleaning, sorting, caching, palletizing, packaging, etc. according to the different division of labor. There were almost no people in the production workshop, only a weak equipment status indicator was flashing, and the automatic production line operated efficiently.

"There are 26 intelligent sorting robots in the whole workshop, which can realize the sorting of group orders according to customer orders, greatly improving the sorting speed and shortening the production cycle." Zhang Lei, deputy director of the Enterprise Management Department of Quanyou Furniture Co., Ltd., led the reporters along the visit channel, and introduced in detail, "In this workshop, all customized cabinet products of the whole house are managed through the order barcode. After the customer places an order, the front-end design system will generate a two-dimensional code, which will accompany the entire order production and delivery process."

The reporter noticed that on the overhead floor of the workshop, in a room of 20 square meters, the huge LED screen occupied the whole wall, and the numbers on the screen kept beating. Data and charts such as equipment operation status, order execution, and production time consumption analysis were updated and displayed through the screen in real time. "Under the comprehensive monitoring of the information system, the production data of the whole workshop is clear at a glance, greatly improving the production efficiency of the intelligent production line." Zhang Lei said, "Now a workshop can complete nearly 1000 sets of orders every day, and the production capacity has doubled."

Today, there is more than one green intelligent manufacturing 4.0 factory in Chongzhou. In the smart factory, the power of intelligent manufacturing is being demonstrated by efficient production lines. Here, the scanner quickly scans personalized data, the manipulator accurately cuts the plates, and the automated equipment seamlessly completes the sorting and packaging processes. The traditional manual process runs accurately under the established procedure of digital intelligence.

It is understood that Chongzhou, as a demonstration area for green transformation and development of Chuanpai furniture, one of the three major local furniture brands in China, and six major domestic furniture production bases, has gathered 15 hundred million level enterprises such as Quanyou Furniture, Palm Pearl, Sophia, and more than 1400 furniture supporting enterprises in recent years. At present, Chongzhou furniture enterprises are comprehensively carrying out "intelligent transformation and digital transformation" to boost the export of the industry.

Leverage cross-border e-commerce

"For the first time in the furniture industry, we have successfully taken the first step in large-scale centralized export." Wei Rongcheng, Secretary General of Chongzhou Furniture Industry Chamber of Commerce, told reporters that in January this year, 50000 pieces of "Chongzhou made" Chuanpai finished furniture set out from Chongzhou and went to sea through Shenzhen port. Now they have arrived in New Jersey, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston and other overseas warehouses in the United States, It will be sent to all places soon.

According to the relevant person in charge of the management committee of Chongzhou Economic Development Zone, in the past, when Chongzhou furniture wanted to go abroad, it was all enterprises that received orders through various foreign trade companies, which were small in quantity but not large in scale, and foreign trade data were often lost. Chongzhou is determined to open up the cross-border e-commerce sector and its supply chain. By communicating with cross-border e-commerce circles and local business associations of cross-border e-commerce, Chongzhou has created a batch of incremental orders for furniture enterprises in Chongzhou. It has also established Yajia International Trade (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. to carry out customs clearance, logistics and other supporting businesses. After exploration, the current cross-border trade model will be formed by the end of 2024.

"Our current business model is a new type of cross-border trade, such as cross-border e-commerce. By connecting with American end customers, we organize customer needs into the industrial belt of Chongzhou Park, and the manufacturers give feedback on production levels and delivery capabilities." According to Zheng Xian, general manager of Yajia International Trade (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., this "cross-border e-commerce+industrial belt" Our model has a very clear division of labor, which is conducive to the production of enterprises. "We will lay out market channels for sales, and enterprises will do their best production and manufacturing. For example, products will be sent overseas in a centralized manner, and then delivered to each customer. Some products will also be stored in the current overseas warehouse, and will be distributed uniformly when customers pick them up."

Zheng Xian said that in 2025, he will continue to introduce large supermarkets, including IKEA, or open up order channels, including offline supermarkets, to integrate these resources into the industrial belt of Chuanpai Furniture, and drive the high-quality development of Chuanpai Furniture.
