On September 24, 2025, Daya Wood Industry (Nanning) Co., Ltd., located in the Guangxi-ASEAN Economic and Technological Development Zone, will have an annual production capacity of 300,000 cubic meters. It is understood that, as the core component of Daya Artificial Board Group's strategic layout in Southwest China, this project boasts a total investment of 130 million yuan and spans 200 mu of land. It has established a state-of-the-art, highly efficient production line system that sets industry standards. At its heart lies a complete set of ninth-generation 8-foot continuous flat-pressure lines imported from Germany's Symbio, ensuring cutting-edge continuous pressing technology that guarantees both production efficiency and stability. Meanwhile, Germany’s Palman flaking system meticulously ensures uniformity in raw material flakes, laying a solid foundation for superior board quality. Italy’s CMC screening system precisely sorts raw materials, significantly boosting resource utilization. Switzerland’s Stanley sandblasting line optimizes the surface texture of boards, making them perfectly suited for high-end applications. Finally, Germany’s Anton sawing line enables precise cutting, allowing flexible responses to diverse specification requirements. Together, this comprehensive, end-to-end high-end equipment setup forms a robust product matrix centered around premium-quality particleboard.

After the project is put into operation, the company will achieve an annual production capacity of 300,000 cubic meters of homogeneous particleboard with thicknesses ranging from 6 to 40 mm. These products can be widely used in areas such as custom furniture, interior decoration, and packaging materials, with an estimated annual output value exceeding 300 million yuan.

For the Daya Group, the Nanning project represents a crucial step in its nationwide expansion strategy.
